At Bold Boxer Puppies, your satisfaction and the well-being of our puppies are our top priorities. You are eligible to return your Boxer puppy within 10 days if a certified veterinarian diagnoses a hereditary illness or genetic condition that can be traced back to us, the breeder.
The return window is valid up to 20 days from the date you received your puppy, or when a third party (other than the carrier) took possession of the puppy on your behalf.
- Puppy was purchased within the last 20 days
- Puppy is in the same health condition as when delivered
- Diagnosis confirmed by a licensed veterinarian
- Covers hereditary conditions or illness with vet bills exceeding $100
- Refunds processed within 3 business days of return
Returns may be refused if these conditions are not fulfilled. We assume the cost and risk of return shipping and offer either a full refund via your original payment method or a replacement puppy of equal value, based on your preference.

At Bold Boxer Puppies, we stand behind the health and quality of every puppy we raise. You are entitled to return your puppy within 10 days if a certified veterinarian diagnoses a hereditary health issue or illness that originated from our breeding program.
Puppies may be returned within 10 to 20 days from the delivery date or the date when you (or your appointed third party, excluding the carrier) take physical possession of the puppy.

- Puppy remains in the same health condition as delivered
- Vet-certified diagnosis provided with documentation
- Covers hereditary conditions or delivery-incurred illness with vet expenses over $100
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days of return
Please note: We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria. If approved, we will cover return costs and risks. You will receive a full refund via your original payment method, or a replacement puppy of equal value—your choice.

Ready to adopt a happy, healthy Boxer puppy? Follow our step-by-step process and enjoy a smooth, caring adoption experience. Each puppy is a cherished member of our extended family.
Step-by-Step Adoption Procedure
- Visit our website and view all available Boxer puppies.
- Click on the puppy you're interested in and fill out the inquiry form on their page.
- We’ll contact you within 6 hours with additional details, photos, and an Adoption Agreement.
- Once the agreement is signed and payment is received, we complete the paperwork and book your puppy's vet check and flight (available Monday, Wednesday, or Friday).
- If shipping is needed, you’ll receive the flight number, schedule, and pick-up instructions.
- Within 24 hours of your puppy’s flight, our staff will follow up to ensure safe arrival and transfer.
- Please take your puppy to your veterinarian within 72 hours for a routine arrival check-up.
Shipping & Delivery Details
Shipping cost ranges between $170–$200. We handle all arrangements to ensure a safe journey, including an electronic, temperature-controlled crate when needed. We also offer airport meet-ups. While shipping may or may not be included in your puppy’s price, we strive to accommodate your preferred dates and pick-up options.
Note: Since we are located 30 minutes from the airport, we typically transport multiple puppies at once. Please provide multiple days/times when you or someone with ID can receive your puppy.
Our Visitation Policy
To protect the health of our Boxer puppies and their moms, we do not allow general public visits. However, if you have a confirmed reservation for a puppy, you may visit us and meet the parent dogs on pickup day—when your puppy turns 9 weeks old.
